Take some time to open your heart

BOOK YOUR READING TODAY

Let’s begin by taking our focus off of the outer world and turning it inward to our own body. Pay attention to your breathing, your skin, your arms and legs, your toes, the back of your neck, your forehead, palms of your hand, your solar plexus. And with each breath inward, pull in, surrender.

Exhale, inhale, surrender. Let go. And as you continue to focus on your breathing, pay attention to the movement of the energy of your breath entering your body, traveling underneath your skin and through your organs, contacting your bones and your nerves.

Be aware as you exhale how the outward flow releases and cleanses your body. And as you breathe in, feel your heart open. Imagine where your heart is, is the bud of a flower.

Look at the color, smell the aroma, pay attention to the leaves in the stem. As you breathe in, very slowly that bud begins to lift, seeking towards the sun. And as you breathe out, you surround that bud in compassion.

You breathe in, and that bud lifts more as its petals begin to crack open. Exhale all of your compassion to surround that flower that is your heart with eternal love. And with every long, slow breath in, the flower of your heart blooms, the aroma deepens, petals expand to reveal more of the structure of the flower.

And as you intend to use your breath to gently open this flower within you, release anything that isn’t compassion. And as you breathe in and your flower is in full bloom, it’s at the height of its life, the most fragrant, perfect bloom of God’s design. And as you breathe in, smell this flower, smell the poignant sweetness of whatever that unique aroma is.

And as you breathe in, pay attention to how this blooming flower is affecting all the rest of your body. Breathe in the aroma that moves beneath your skin like an essential oil, cleansing and healing as it goes. And as you exhale, you release all of the toxins from all of the years, all of the lifetimes of accumulation, gently, richly, deeply.

Surrender and let go. Long, slow breaths in, long, slow breaths out. Slow the entire operating system down.

Let go in your shoulders, let go in your neck, let go in your abdomen, your solar plexus, let go of your forehead and your eye sockets, cheeks, your scalp. Slow time down, down to present moment. Be in the I am of all of your power.

Inhale deeply the intention to align to compassion for the good of the whole, beginning with your own self-love, your own self-care. Breathe in to your authenticity. Breathe out the facades, the applications.

Breathe in deep, sovereign, self-mastery of your entire domain. And as you inhale, slowly breathe in the joy of having a physical domain. Breathe in the wonder of the interface your body provides between the non-physical you and the physical you.

And as you breathe in, experience the solemn wholeness of the truth of your I am. Honor you. And as you inhale, pay attention in your physical body.

Put your focus on the area of discomfort, pain or the tightness or the need to heal. And as you inhale, imagine all of your breath going straight to that part of your body, bringing with it the truth of the power of your I am. And add your intention to work for the good of the whole, your whole body.

Let yourself feel the discomfort of the pain. Acknowledge and surround pain with compassion, acceptance and surrender. And as you breathe in, feel the integration as an evolutionary step to heal yourself.

And as you breathe in, command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time. Command that your own Christ line light fill up your body, bringing with it your own Christ consciousness. And as you inhale deeply, reject the wholeness through the joy, through the breath, through the compassion, through the intention, through the surrender.

Just let go. Just be. As you pay attention to your resonation, feel yourself vibrating at the highest frequency for the greatest good.

And as you breathe in, activate the left brain and the right brain, connected in the middle by the pineal. Feel the hippocampus vibrating like a Taurus. See the flower in your heart blooming and vibrant.

Just be. As you breathe in, listen for your intuition guiding you to create. And as you take a deep breath in, allow yourself to fill up with the truth that your greatest good lies in present moment.

Just be. Full, deep, rich, powerful Christ consciousness. And as you breathe in, identify your I am with this Christ consciousness.

Truth. Say a prayer for your deepest desires. And as you breathe in deeply, begin to bring your focus to your skin.

Feel it connecting your entire body in the physical world, in the loom. And as you come back into your body, bring with you that flower, eternally blooming, eternally open to compassion. See yourself healthy, happy, taken care of, content, and mostly creative.

Namaste.
